Safe Haven is a free and non-judgmental space where you can go if you're feeling distressed or having suicidal thoughts. You don't need an appointment and you can talk to peer-support workers or be connected to a mental health professional, or even just spend time in a quiet space listening to music. There is a Safe Haven on the Central Coast at Gosford Hospital, and one coming soon at Wyong Hospital.
